Indian Mound Reserve Cedarville, Ohio

This summer we went on many hikes. One of our favorites was hiking at Indian Mound Reserve in Cedarville, Ohio. There are steps that lead you down to the creek and a trip before we had heard you could swim. Natalie could wait to go back. This trip we meet some friends, Isla and Addy for a little stroll and splashing in the creek. I'm pretty sure the girls had a blast. We can't wait to go back next season and spend the day. I will for sure bring water shoes next time!

The Smith Family : Smith Gardens, Oakwood

I had so much fun photographing the Smith family at Smith Gardens in Oakwood. We had a perfect evening and the kiddo's were fantastic. I loved all their energy and how the interacted with each other. You could really tell how much the love one another.

So cute, secrets between twins

Brothers trying to get each other to laugh

Thanks so much Christine and Brian for letting me photograph your beautiful family. Enjoy some of my favorites :)

Evyn : 2016 Senior : Wegerzyn Gardens

I had a blast taking Evyn's senior pictures at Wegerzyn Gardens last month. She is truly beautiful both inside and out. I love it when my seniors bring lots of things that reflect who they are and Evyn had a lot of outfits to express her personality. Here are a few of my favorites from our session! Hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Thank you so much Evyn and Joy for letting me take your senior pictures. It was such a great experience. Can't wait to get together again!

Young's Jersey Dairy : FALL FARM PUMPKIN FESTIVAL

Natalie, Spencer and I met Grandma Alta at Young's Jersey Dairy for their annual Fall Farm Pumpkin Festive on Sunday. The weather was perfect. Even though the place was really crowded, we were able to do a lot in a short amount of time. We had lunch and Natalie got her chocolate ice cream with rainbow sprinkles. Luckily they had a small pumpkin patch of pre-cut pumpkins we could stroll around in and find the perfect one.

I'm so proud of my daughter. I've been working on manners with her and it really showed while we were at Young's. She really wanted to drive the big green tracker but there were other kids running around and rushing to get behind the wheel. Natalie waited patiently for her turn. I almost wanted to let her push her way through so she wouldn't have to wait so long but we stood our ground and waited.

I couldn't believe Natalie finally feed the goats. Before we left for Young's, Natalie said she didn't want to the animals. It took her a minute to get comfortable enough to feed the goats. But once she didn't, there was no turning back. She loved it. She giggled and at one point said "Silly goat, that's my finger not food.

Lunch Break : Photography

Valerie, Jeremy and I headed over to Grant Park during our lunch break today. Jeremy headed over to the meadow to check out the birds and Valerie and I drifted over to the chimney's. It was great to get outside and enjoy the beautiful day. I've been sitting at my desk all week proofreading and selecting images for calendars and I needed to get outside! Here are a few of my favorites from our little adventure at lunch.

Sometimes you need to get outside and enjoy the fresh air! Hoping to do this more often :)
